Joy Metalios didn't set out to build Connecticut's #1 real estate team—she set out to solve a problem.

After years of watching clients receive inconsistent service from overstretched agents, Joy (a Columbia University engineering graduate) applied her problem-solving mindset to real estate.
What if, instead of one agent doing everything, clients had access to a full team of specialists?
