Zachary Burnett

Zachary “Zack” Burnett is a licensed real estate professional with Houlihan Lawrence, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut. A REALTOR® since 2021, Zack has built experience across a wide range of real estate transactions, including single-family homes, condominiums, co-ops, multifamily and investment properties, rentals, commercial properties, and land.

Zack is committed to providing his clients with responsive communication, straightforward advice, and hands-on guidance throughout every stage of a transaction. He understands that every client has different goals and takes the time to listen, understand their priorities, and help them make informed decisions. His experience with both residential and investment real estate gives Zack a valuable perspective when evaluating properties, analyzing opportunities, negotiating terms, and helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. Zack graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University, where he studied Communication with a focus in broadcasting. His background in broadcasting and communications helped develop the interpersonal and communication skills that have become an important part of his real estate career. He understands the importance of communicating clearly, presenting properties effectively, negotiating confidently, and keeping clients informed throughout what can be one of the most significant financial decisions they make.

Zack currently resides in Stamford, Connecticut, with his wife and son. Living in Fairfield County while working extensively throughout Westchester County gives him a personal connection to the communities he serves and an understanding of the New York–Connecticut market. As a husband and father, Zack also appreciates that choosing a home is about more than the property itself—it is often about finding the right community, lifestyle, and place for the next chapter of a client’s life.
