Renee Elkady

Renee Elkady is a young, driven real estate professional serving Fairfield County. With a genuine love for Connecticut and a fresh perspective on the market, Renee brings energy, preparation, and a highly personal approach to every client relationship.

Renee’s connection to Connecticut is intentional. Originally from Missouri, she came to the area to attend the Norwalk Conservatory, where she was part of its inaugural class and earned her degree in Musical Theatre in 2025. After spending a year on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Renee chose to return to Connecticut and make Darien home. Her experience living in different environments gives her a perspective that is both locally engaged and distinctly outside-in: she understands not only the communities themselves, but what makes people choose to call Connecticut home.

Before entering real estate, Renee’s background in musical theatre and competitive speech and debate shaped her into a thoughtful communicator and storyteller. She learned how to listen closely, understand different perspectives, communicate with confidence, and make an idea resonate with an audience. Today, she brings those same skills to real estate—helping clients navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process with clarity, patience, and enthusiasm.

Renee was drawn to real estate because she believes a home is about far more than a transaction. It is where families build their lives, create traditions, and establish something that can be passed down for generations. She approaches each transaction with that bigger picture in mind, while remaining focused on the details that make the process successful.

Known for her warm personality, infectious smile, and determination to get things done, Renee is committed to making real estate feel less intimidating and more manageable. As part of a new generation of real estate professionals, she combines a modern, digitally connected approach with the personal attention and responsiveness her clients deserve. Whether working with a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a client making a long-term investment, Renee is prepared to roll up her sleeves, solve problems, and see the process through.

When she isn’t working with clients, Renee can usually be found at the gym lifting heavy weights, taking a cycling class, playing a round of golf, or cheering on the UConn football and basketball team. A lifelong lover of the performing arts, she still makes plenty of time for singing and theatre.
